The 2 Market Street project was a multi-store office building developed for Alaniz Insurance company with a refurbished extension for a Fitness First Gym, located in the heart of Sydney.

Project Description:

• Radiants client for the project was Lipman construction
• Frames used on this project consisted of both fire rated and non-rated and they were installed into block and stud walls
• Doors used on this project were both fire rated and non-rated with facing material that consisted of MDF, Ply and Stone Cladding. Service doors on each level also had metal lining to the inside face to make them a non-combustible door.
• This project consisted of about 200 doors and frames with Kaba, Lorient and Dorma brand door hardware installed throughout.
