The ELF Singleton development was an extension to the existing army base located at Singleton in New South Wales. It consisted of 8 buildings of various size and applications and will supply the defence forces with state of the art facilities.
Project Description
- Radiant’s client for the project was Richard Crookes Construction.
- Frames used on this project consisted of both fire rated and non-rated and they were installed into block and stud walls.
- Doors used on this project were both fire rated and non-rated with facing material that consisted of Ply and MDF lining. The Comms and electrical doors have a metal lining to the inside face to make them a non combustible door. External doors were metal clad with channel surrounds for added protection and security.
- The project consisted of about 400 doors and frames with Lockwood, Raven & Dorma brand door hardware installed throughout.
